Valentino has successfully defended his Ph.D. Thesis. Big Congrats to Valentino!
Our doctoral student Valentino Jadriško successfully completed his Ph.D. Thesis entitled”Optics of van der Waals layered systems„ under the supervision of Dr. Nataša Vujičić. During his doctoral work, he participated in several projects: ZCI CEMS, HrZZ IP of Dr. Kraljand, later, on HrZZ UIP led by Dr. Vujičić. During his Ph.D., he established experimental techniques for the investigation of the optical properties of two-dimensional materials under stress and at low temperatures, and in cooperation with other colleagues from the SIMAT Group, made a step towards the optical characterization of 2D materials and heterostructures synthesized by the MBE technique.
