We finalized installation of pump-probe neaSCOPE system at our Institute.
NeaSpec neaSCOPE enables ultrafast optical measurements at 200 fs temporal resolution and 20 nm spatial resolution. Scattering Scanning Near-field Optical Microscope (sSNOM) beside spatial resolution, offers measurements on femtosecond time scale as well as complex field mapping of the sample. This will allow us investigation of inter- and intraband relaxation processes in 2D materials and interlayer exciton dynamics in homo- and heterostructures.
